Join me for a one-day series of in-person shuffle workshops.
These are small-group, coached sessions designed to help your shuffle actually improve — whether you’re building stronger foundations, ready for more challenging combinations, or curious about beginning cutting shapes.

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Shuffle Foundations I
This session is designed for newer shufflers or anyone who wants to build stronger, more reliable basics. We’ll focus on foundational movements like the Running Man and Charleston, along with timing, control, and clean foot placement. You’ll learn how to move with more consistency so your steps don’t fall apart when the music starts. We’ll also work through simple combinations that help you start connecting movement in a way that feels natural. Expect real-time coaching in a small group so you can actually improve—not just follow along. This is the place to build confidence and a solid base for everything that comes next.
12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Shuffle Foundations II
This session builds directly on Foundations I and is designed for dancers ready for more challenge. We’ll introduce variations, depth-based movement, and more complex combinations that require coordination and control. You’ll work on handling longer sequences and transitioning between movements more smoothly and intentionally. This is where your dancing starts to feel more structured and capable, rather than reactive. You’ll be coached through patterns that push your timing and stamina while still keeping things achievable. You can take this session on its own, but it pairs best with Foundations I.
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Cutting Shapes I
This is an accessible introduction to cutting shapes designed specifically for shuffle dancers. We’ll break down core shapes, basic mechanics, and coordination in a way that makes sense and doesn’t feel overwhelming. The focus is on understanding how the movements work, not rushing through them. You’ll learn how to control your shapes and begin integrating them into your overall movement. This session is beginner-friendly and a great way to expand your movement vocabulary. Expect a slower, more intentional approach that builds confidence from the ground up.
Full Day Intensive (All 3 Sessions)
The full day experience is designed to build progressively from foundations through more advanced movement. You’ll start by strengthening your basics, then move into more challenging combinations and variations, and finish with an introduction to cutting shapes. Each session builds on the last, giving you a more complete understanding of how your movement fits together. This is the fastest way to make meaningful progress in a single day. You’ll get consistent coaching, repetition, and the chance to apply what you learn across multiple sessions. If you want the full experience and the biggest shift in your dancing, this is it.
