The Midlife Shuffle Training Path

Midlife Shuffle isn’t random tutorials or drop-in choreography.  It’s a structured learning system designed to build real shuffle dancers.

Each level develops specific technical skills so dancers progress from basic coordination to confident freestyle and advanced choreography.

Most dancers try to jump straight to choreography.

The MLS Method trains the skills first.

My Shuffle Dance Story

I discovered shuffle dancing at 54 — one year after my first knee replacement.

What started as one move turned into a method designed for midlife bodies.

Today, I help people learn shuffle in a way that’s safe, progressive, and joyful.
