Refund Policy

In-Studio Workshops and Classes

Refunds: Please note that all our workshops and in-person classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations more than two (2) weeks before the workshop start date:  If you book a workshop and cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to a different date, pending availability (or you may join the waitlist for a different session), or you may transfer your fee to an online package.

Cancellations within two (2) weeks of the workshop start date: Registrants who cancel within two weeks of the workshop start date will forfeit their registration. Due to the short notice, it becomes extremely difficult to fill the spot from our waitlist, as people need adequate time to plan travel and make arrangements.

Why this policy matters: My class sizes are intentionally kept small to enhance your learning experience, and this policy plays a key role in helping us manage the schedule effectively for everyone. Thanks so much for your understanding!

Midlife Shuffle LIVE! Courses

Refunds: Midifle Shuffle LIVE! classes and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancelling/Rescheduling: Because each class has limited spots, your registration reserves a seat that someone else may not be able to fill once classes begin.

​​

Before Classes Begin

• Full refund if canceled or rescheduled 7 or more days before your first scheduled class.

• 50% refund if canceled or rescheduled within 3–6 days of the start date.

• No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the first class, or after the session begins.

Class Cancellations by Midlife Shuffle

If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness or tech failure), you’ll receive either:

• a make-up class, or

• a full refund for the canceled session.
