What is the MLS Practice Lab?
The MLS Practice Lab is a simple, supportive weekly rhythm designed to help you show up, move your body, and build shuffle consistency — without pressure or overwhelm.
Four times a week, you’re invited to a live 30-minute practice session with a clear focus for the day. You practice the moves you already know, at your own pace, while Shanon holds the timing, music, and flow of the session.
This is not a class.
It’s a place to practice — consistently.
