MLS LIVE! On-Ramp is a gentle, no-impact class for dancers who want to start strong — by building balance, foot confidence, and rhythm before jumping into full shuffle steps.
If you feel stiff, unsteady, or nervous about impact, this series gives you the time and support to get comfortable on your feet.
Over three weeks, you’ll learn how to:

Start your shuffle journey with the Foundational Five — the core moves every dancer needs: the Running Man, Charleston, T-Step, Polly Pocket, and Crisscross.
Across four weeks, you’ll learn mechanics, rhythm, transitions, and confidence-building combinations that make your movement feel clean, musical, and natural.
Perfect for brand-new dancers or anyone rebuilding their foundation — this series gives you the tools and feedback to move with style, strength, and ease.

Week 4: Crisscross & Longer Combos
Depth & Directionals
Level 2
Deepen your shuffle technique with the Depth Moves — Backstep, Y-Steps, and Side Charleston — plus transitions, and Level-2 combinations, choreography, and confidence!
Across the four weeks, you’ll learn to move back, across, and on diagonal lines to add dimension and break up repetitive forward-driving movement. You build your skills into a 16-count choreography and integrate them into your freestyle.
Ideal for dancers ready to build on the Foundational Five and progress toward Mastery-level skills.
