On-Ramp
Level 0

On-Ramp is a gentle, no-impact entry point designed to build the physical capacity shuffle actually requires.

 

This level focuses on balance, foot strength, coordination, and rhythm — the things that make shuffle feel stable, controlled, and enjoyable instead of frustrating or overwhelming. You’ll move at a manageable pace while developing confidence in your feet and body awareness from the ground up.

Foundations
Level 1

Foundations is where shuffle starts to feel like a language.

You’ll learn the core shuffle steps, timing, and transitions that form the backbone of nearly everything that comes next. This level focuses on coordination, rhythm, and clean execution — without rushing or overwhelm.

The essential building blocks.

6 weekly classes (90 minutes)

Depth & Directionals
Level 2

Depth & Directionals is where movement expands.

You’ll learn to travel, change direction, and work with asymmetry while building stamina and flow. This level challenges your coordination and endurance, helping you move with more confidence, range, and musical intention.

6 weekly classes (90 minutes)

Foundational Variations
Level 3

Foundational Variations is where movement becomes yours.

You’ll learn how to vary your foundational steps, control timing and texture, and—most importantly—how to get into and out of movements cleanly.

This level focuses on connection, not just execution—helping you break repetitive patterns and start building flow that feels natural and intentional.

Where shuffle becomes dance.

Cutting Shapes I
Level 3

Cutting Shapes is where shuffle gets lighter, faster, and more expressive.

You’ll learn quick transitions, ball-of-foot movement, and how to shift positions with speed and control while maintaining rhythm.

This level challenges your timing, coordination, and adaptability—building a more dynamic, reactive style of dancing.

Where movement sharpens and accelerates.

6 weekly classes (90 minutes)

Practice Lab
Guided Live Practice

Practice Lab is not a class — it’s where skills get reinforced.

These guided live sessions are designed to help you integrate what you’re learning, build consistency, and develop confidence through repetition, feedback, and focused practice.
