This 90-minute readiness class prepares your body for the physical demands of a two-day shuffle workshop.

You’ll learn the core movement skills required for workshops — hopping, pivoting, single-leg stability, and safe landings — plus how to strengthen your ankles and improve balance before the event.

This class sets clear expectations, reduces injury risk, and helps ensure you arrive prepared, confident, and safe.

Required for all Level 1 workshop participants. Free with registration.
